Reports

One of the things that separates Alpine Home Inspection from the competition is the quality of our reports.  We are proud to use the industry leading Matrix Advantage reporting system as part of our property report.

We utilize the most up to date technologies available.  In addition to our testing equipment your report will be generated onsite using digital photography and portable computer systems.

Your final report will include an executive summary with photos and principal observations of the property, a main report describing in detail the findings of the inspection, and a homeowner’s manual outlining advice on how to operate your home.

This format is very user friendly and easy to understand.  There is a key describing the report, the report is presented in a binder with index tabs for easy reference, and each item inspected is clearly marked as “Appears Serviceable”, “Repairs Recommended”, or “Safety Hazard”.

The main report details over 60 items inspected and is divided into 12 sections:

  1.     Grounds

  2.     Exterior

  3.     Foundation

  4.     Roof

  5.     Plumbing

  6.     Heating

  7.     Cooling

  8.     Electrical

  9.     Interior

  10.     Garage

  11.     Kitchen

  12.     Bathrooms

No home is perfect and properties do not “fail” an inspection.  A home inspection is simply a field performance review and evaluation of the physical condition of the major systems of a home.

At Alpine Home Inspection we know that communicating our observations in an effective way is just as important as having the technical expertise to do the inspection itself.  We have gone the extra mile to give you the most comprehensive and easy to understand report available.  A property report from Alpine Home Inspection is the best value on the market.

Please contact us if you have any questions about the report or to order a sample report.
