Why choose Alpine Home Inspection?

Simply put, Alpine Home Inspection represents a superior home inspection service.  My combination of experience, training, and technical knowledge combined with our unrivaled Report Package, convenient scheduling and customer service makes Alpine Home Inspection an unsurpassed value in western Colorado.

Starting my own business has been a dream come true for me.  Since graduating from college in 1984 I have spent a great deal of time in the construction trades and have trained extensively in home inspection.  I am very proud of Alpine Home Inspection and I believe for good reason.  I deliver a better product than my competition.

When you schedule an inspection with Alpine Home Inspection it won’t be an employee showing up to do your inspection, it will be me, Jack Nichols, certified residential inspector and owner of Alpine Home Inspection.  My name is on the report and I promise to give you my best effort.

Timing can be an issue in real estate transactions.  I understand the process and in most cases will be able to schedule the inspection and deliver the report within 24 hours of your call.

I didn’t learn about home systems and home construction from classes and books.   I have worked in the construction industry for over 20 years.  My experience in construction isn’t from a desk but from the business end of a hammer (OK, nail gun).  I have supervised projects as the general contractor.  I have worked on framing crews.  I’ve poured concrete, hung drywall, installed roofs, sweated pipe, pulled wire and everything in between.  When I inspect a component it is from the perspective of experience.

My training in the specifics of home inspection and the home inspection business is also comprehensive including instruction from Inspection Training Associates and the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

At Alpine Home Inspection we know that communicating our observations in an effective way is just as important as having the technical expertise to do the inspection itself.  We have gone the extra mile to give you the most comprehensive and easy to understand report available.

We utilize the most up to date technologies available.  In addition to our testing equipment your report will be generated onsite using digital photography and portable computer systems.
